BEST TIME I EVER HAD GETTING MY ASS KICKED!!! No but in all seriousness this place is great. I had recently gotten into a bar fight and after I woke up from the coma I thought to myself, I really need to do something to protect myself if this happens again. I did consider getting a gun at one point but why buy a weapon when I can turn my body into a weapon! Fast forward to the day I walked into this studio: The staff was kind, friendly and eager to answer any questions I had about the school and the style of fighting. After having this interaction I realized there was more to this than just putting my fist through someone’s face. It’s an art form, a discipline, and in my case it was actually very therapeutic. Yes at first it’s hard to coordinate your body with the correct movements, but again, the instructors are very patient and attentive so I felt comfortable even when making mistakes. In conclusion, I highly recommend this place not just to teach self-defense but self-improvement… mind, body, and spirit.
